Regarding the deaths, the group’s lone surviving member has released a heartfelt statement. Everyone on board was killed when a plane carrying the Nelons, a well-known and well-liked gospel family in the United States, crashed. The terrible disaster claimed the lives of seven individuals, including Jason and Kelly Nelon Clark, their daughter Amber, and their son-in-law Nathan Kistler. Pilot Larry Haynie and his wife Melissa also passed away, as did Melanie Hodges, who worked for the family.
