Salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer the meat sauce for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti layer.
Add the remaining spaghetti on top of the cream cheese layer.
Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.
