FOR THE ENCHILADA SAUCE:

•2 Cups.Of tomato sauce.

•1/2 Cup.Of chicken or vegetable broth.

•2 Tbsp.Of chili powder.

•1 Tsp.Of ground cumin.

•Salt and pepper to taste.

FOR TOPPING:

•Additional shredded cheese

•Fresh cilantro, chopped

•Sour cream

•Sliced jalapeños (optional for extra heat).

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1st Step 

Warm some oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until aromatic. Add the minced beef or turkey and brown until cooked through. ( (.
