Howie Mandel reveals he’s ‘incredibly medicated,’ admits mental health struggles are ‘absolute hell’

Howie Mandel has been open about his struggles with mental health, particularly his experience with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety. In past interviews, he’s shared that living with these conditions can be extremely challenging, describing it as “absolute hell.” Mandel has also spoken candidly about how medication plays a role in managing his symptoms, revealing that he is “incredibly medicated” to cope with his mental health issues.

Despite being a successful comedian and TV personality, Mandel often uses humor to navigate and discuss his mental health journey. His openness aims to break the stigma surrounding mental health and raise awareness about the reality of living with these challenges. He encourages others facing similar issues to seek help and reminds people that mental health is just as important as physical health.
