Ingredients
For the flatbreads
a bit of salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
350g flour
60 ml oil
120ml water
For painting:
Pressed garlic
some oil and herbs to taste
Preparation
This is how it works: First put the flour in a bowl, add baking powder, salt, oil and water and knead everything well into a smooth dough. Pick off small pieces and roll them out into flat cakes.
Then form the dough into a ball, roll it out and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Now, after baking, brush the top with oil that has previously been mixed with pressed garlic and herbs. Fast and super tasty!
