“Your friends and family will definitely adore this cake for which you don’t need more than 5 minutes. It’s very easy and quick to prepare, yet yields an exceptionally high-quality cake. Here’s what you need:
INGREDIENTS: 1 egg, a pinch of salt, 50 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar (10 g), 20 g flour, 20 g cornstarch, 500 ml milk, 50-60 g butter, 300 g chocolate biscuits, 180 g milk chocolate, 90 ml sweet liquid cream, 90 g coarsely ground peanuts.
PROCEDURE: In a deep bowl (pot), break one egg, add a pinch of salt, 50 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar (10 g), 20 g flour, 20 g cornstarch, and combine all the ingredients with a kitchen whisk.
Mix well until the granulated ingredients melt, and you get a homogeneous, smooth mixture without lumps. Gradually add the milk several times while continuously stirring to dissolve.
Then place the pot on the stove and heat it at moderate temperature. Stir continuously and cook the cream until it reaches the desired thickness. Then add the diced butter and stir until it melts and incorporates.
The cream doesn’t need to cool. In the mold where you will make the cake, arrange one row of biscuits (3×3), then pour a third of the warm cream on top. The biscuits also don’t need to be soaked in milk beforehand, as they will soften from the cream itself.
Arrange, level, and then add the second row of biscuits. Pour the second third of the cream, soak and level it, then add the third row of biscuits. On top of them, spread the remaining cream, level it, and set the cake aside.
In a separate bowl, break the chocolate into smaller pieces and pour it over with heated liquid sweet cream (be careful not to scald yourself during heating). Wait for a minute, then stir to melt the chocolate and combine it with the cream.
Add the peanuts, stir, and pour it over the cake. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours until it sets, then cut and serve.”
