“Apple Pie that Melts in Your Mouth – Everyone’s Asking for This Recipe: Simple and Very Delicious”

Ingredients:

  • 3 apples (approximately 700 g), peeled and sliced into thin rings
  • 3 large eggs
  • 180 ml milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well until they are combined.
  4. Add the melted butter to the mixture and mix again.
  5. Finally, add the flour and baking powder, and mix until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
  6. Add chopped apples, cinnamon, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the apples with the flavors.
  7. Grease a baking dish with a little butter or line it with parchment paper.
  8. Pour the prepared mixture into the baking dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  10. Once the pie is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting it into pieces.
  11. Enjoy this fantastic dessert, perfect for any occasion.
