Ingredients:
- ½ pounds ground beef
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced thin
- ½ yellow onion sliced thin
- 2 tsp garlic, freshly minced
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 8 slices Provolone Cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

- Preheat the oven to 350*, grease a 9×9 baking pan
- In a skillet over medium high heat, brown the ground beef
- Halfway through the cooking for the ground beef, add in the bell pepper and the onion

- Continue to cook until the meat is thoroughly cooked and the vegetables are soft
- Add the seasoning salt and the minced garlic
- Saute for another 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Drain the excess grease from the ground beef
- Pour the ground beef into the bottom of a baking dish
- Top the beef with the slices of cheese
- Mix together the heavy whipping cream, the eggs and the Worcestershire Sauce
- Pour over the meat mixture in the baking pan
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until cooked through
