Trump AG Nom Pam Bondi Unloads on Adam Schiff During Confirmation Hearing

During her Senate Judiciary confirmation hearing, former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, nominated by Donald Trump to lead the Justice Department, engaged in a tense exchange with Senator Adam Schiff. Schiff questioned Bondi’s stance on pardons for January 6 offenders and her capacity to oversee a vast caseload as head of the DOJ. In response, Bondi fired back by referencing Schiff’s congressional censure for “reckless comments,” adding a pointed critique of his credibility.
