Stuffed potatoes

Preparing the potatoes:
In a buttered pan, brown the chopped onion.
In a salad bowl, mix the cooked onion, meat, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Using a vegetable knife, make a hole inside the potatoes.
Melt the butter in a pan, and brown the potatoes on all sides.
Add salt and pepper.
Stuff each potato with minced meat.
Preparation of the sauce:
Cook the tomato sauce in a pan, add the grated garlic, cumin, paprika, and olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
Add 1 glass of water and immerse the potatoes in the pan.
Cover and cook for 45 minutes, turning the potatoes from time to time.
Check the potatoes for doneness with the blade of a knife
