Shrimp Alfredo

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, usually 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.
4. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue cooking until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce and toss until the pasta is well coated.
7. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and gently toss with the pasta and sauce.
8. Serve the Shrimp Alfredo hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Feel free to adjust the recipe according to your taste preferences. You can add extra ingredients like sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, or spinach for added flavor and texture. Enjoy your delicious Shrimp Alfredo!
